Review by hotel critic
As a landscape photographer keen on distilling the essence of my travels into imagery, my recent stay at Residence Atlantic left much to be desired, particularly regarding guest experience and management. While the promise of scenic views and convenience was appealing, the execution fell short. Upon arrival, the room I had reserved with a sea view was not available, and I was informed of alternative accommodations only at a higher price. This raised immediate concerns about value for money. Housekeeping appeared inconsistent, which detracted from the otherwise luxurious ambiance. I found the grocery shopping service convenient, but issues around luggage storage and communication arose during check-out. The absence of respect ' needs and mismanagement tarnished what should be a seamless experience. Despite the attractive outdoor dining area and flat-screen TVs, the lack of attentive service and respect ' belongings significantly overshadowed these amenities. The Residence Atlantic may boast luxury features, but the value offered is questionable, especially given the experience I encountered.
